BACKUP, RESTORE, LOCK & FIND YOUR PHONE
== You can back up content, data, and settings from your phone to your
Google One Google Account where they are uploaded to Google servers and
they're encrypted with your Google Account password.
== The Following Items Can Automatically Backup To Your Google Account:
-- Apps and app data
-- Call history
-- Contacts
-- Phone settings
(including Wi-Fi passwords and permissions)
-- Photos and videos
(synced to Google Photos, not to Google Drive)
-- SMS text messages (if using Messages)
Important: Both devices
must be on the same Android version or your new device must be of a
newer Android version. If your new device is on an older Android
version, it may result in incomplete data transfer.
== To Set Up Your Phone To Automatically Backup Your Files on Google:
Go to Settings > System
Touch: Backup
Check that Backup by Google One is on blue slider
If you have multiple Google accounts, touch Account to select an account.
Follow the on-screen instructions
== To Backup Other Files Like Attachments or Downloads:
Open the Google Drive icon Drive app.
Touch add sign +
Touch Upload, then choose the files or folder to upload.
== Erase Your Phone After Backing Up:
After you back up, you can reset your device by erasing everything on it. Learn how to reset your device to factory settings.
== Restore Your Backed Up Data:
When you add your Google account to a
new phone, photos, contacts, settings and app data that you previously
backed up to that account are restored onto the new phone, including
all app infos:

Your Google One backup can take up to 24 hours.
